Refund policy

Due to all our goods being made to order for you ,  our return's policy is non returnable.  

You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@marshall-brass.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Everything in our catalogue is made to order and is non returnable. We suggest that you order a sample . All our fittings are  custom products (such as special orders or personalised items ).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.     

To start a return for other reasons, you can contact us at admin@marshall-brass.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
